Zenita Security installs fire alarm system

Zenita Security installs fire alarm systems for remodeled and modernized Edo nursing homes.

Zenita Security has installed a new fire alarm system manufactured by the Notifier brand at Edö Vård and retirement home in Farsta Strand south of Stockholm, on behalf of Micasa Fastigheter.

- The property is very beautifully situated in a park environment next to Lake Magelungen. The property consists of two linked buildings under terraced houses. It was originally built as a retirement home by Svenska Bostäder in 1975, designed by architect Carl Edvin Sandberg. Later it has been rebuilt and rebuilt in batches for new functions and forms of accommodation. In 2004, the property was acquired by Micasa Fastigheter i Stockholm AB, which has now rebuilt and modernized house C which houses the new nursing and care home.

“The project schedule has been tough with a lot of coordination with all stakeholders/contractors involved, and here Zenita has taken on a major implementation responsibility”, says Karl Frisell, project manager for Micasa FasTIGHETER.
