What services can Zenita's customer service center handle?

Our customer center offers full support business hours and on-call evening and night. Our operators work with everything from system updates to analysis and response of alarms triggered by remote connection. If it is not possible to resolve support issues remotely, Zenita's Customer Center ensures that a physical visit is scheduled with the customer's approval. Understanding our customers' operations is key to making the right analysis of an incident to be able to take the right action.

Who benefits from Zenita's cloud-based services?

Smaller facilities and organizations with limited IT or security resources can use Zenita Cloud, cloud-based services, for easy and cost-effective management. Lack of time and knowledge are two important factors that can lead to security vulnerabilities. Zenita's cloud-based services offer smaller organizations an opportunity to reduce these risks.

Can I manage my entire security system in Zenita Cloud?

You decide for yourself how much and advanced work you want to do in your system, or let Zenita do the work. You manage alarms, access systems, logs, cards, etc., by logging into the cloud service via a secure VPN connection and Multi-Factor Authentication. If the customer allows us at Zenita, we can make more advanced changes to the system, such as new permission groups, attendance control logs, change of connection schedules for alarms at events, etc.
