We are now looking for a Constructor/Projector

SELLING/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT -SECURITY CONSULTANT

 

We expect you to have a few years of experience in the professional security technology industry or similar and want to work in a dynamic work environment with many exciting challenges but also with many exciting projects in an industry that is constantly evolving.

 

You will work and start from our office in Stockholm, but there is also the possibility to agree on a hybrid solution.

 

As a sales security consultant in physical security technology, you work both with our existing customers and always with finding new potential customers in specific customer segments.

 

You will manage the work of direct sales and through our dealer network with visits, seminars, roadshows and exhibitions, telephone and email and also be involved in our product marketing. We would also like you to be able to demonstrate various security products/services over time, but this is not a requirement.

 

We are looking for a tech-savvy, service-oriented and proactive person with a “high drive”, and always have the best interests of the customer in mind. You see it as a challenge and a matter of course to reach your sales goals and solve all customer needs within the agreed time. As a person, you are positive, service-oriented and a team player. You have an easy time prioritizing and dealing with challenging situations.

YOU can expect to:

· Responsible for all sales and for coordinating product-marketing activities in your territory and vertical segments.

· Work independently with potential prospects regarding online/onsite demo, but also with customization and integration needs.

· Plan and modify product/system configurations to meet customer's specific requirements.

· Sell products, systems and support/service for both installation and use.

· Cooperate closely with our project managers and competent engineers to review the customer's needs and its technical specifications and superior solutions.

· Prepare and make technical presentations for both product and solution.

· Create and follow up sales and service agreements for both product and services.

· Arrange product demonstrations if necessary.

· Proactively visit potential buyers at trade shows and other events to represent Zenita and present our product portfolio.

· Investigate and identify potential customers for product groups

· Get ongoing training in the areas covered by your work.

· Come to an organization with a cheerful, welcoming and competent crowd where all voices are counted and heard.

 

We expect to:

· You can work independently or in small groups with both your own and joint prospectuses and product-marketing activities.

· You can work in a technical environment that requires relatively good technical knowledge and knowledge of traditional security technologies as well as security engineering system integration solutions or the like.

· You speak Swedish fluently and also have good knowledge of English both in speech and in writing.

· You have a driving licence, which is a condition where the service can involve travel especially within Sweden's borders.

· You have good computer and networking experience.

· You have a well-connected network in the field of Safety/Risk & Duty of Care Management within B2B to medium/large organizations but no requirement.

· You understand commercial sales and goals.

· You have an engineering degree or equivalent from a technical university specialising in either Electronics, Security Engineering or Computer Engineering but not a requirement.

· You will apply general rules to specific situations to optimize the performance of the company.

· You have a clean criminal record.
